I now have a FORECLOSURE FREEDOM NETWORK Radio Show every Thursday, 2PM on KCAA 1050 Radio, which covers LA, Riverside and San Bernardino.  Listen Live or you can download the podcast from the website:

http://www.kcaaradio.com where you can scroll to the bottom left side of the page and click on the FREEDOM NETWORK icon, where you will see the shows available.

If you want to do your own loan modification(s) this is a valuable resource.  You can download these podcasts and listen to them again and again, or you can look on the side bar for Radio Show and listen to the show while looking at the text for it, which may be easier.
